As your advocate, we’ll help you and your family address key questions. We’ll facilitate critical conversations to ensure that you have the plan in place that allows you to age with dignity and grace.
We’ll begin by creating a vision of your ideal future. Then, together, we’ll make a plan for making that vision a reality.
My Parent Care Resource process will address all of these issues and more:
- Your Family: Who should be involved in the conversations?
- Your Home: Where do you want to live out the rest of your life?
- Your Health: Are there physical issues that may impact how you’ll live?
- Your Financial Situation: What resources are available to you?
- Your Will and Other Legal Issues: Are all necessary documents complete and up to date?
- Your Legacy: What is the story that you want to leave behind?
